Metcon Class
You get a variance of functional movements (movements that are applicable to real life), weight training, and cardiovascular exercises which are coach led from start to finish! Burn fat, build lean muscle and be in the best shape of your life! This group class is for everyone, literally. Our friendly coaching staff will ensure you are moving appropriately for your skill level.
We are here to help you move well and have fun!
Kids Class
Children ages 5-14 can join our kids class. The class will focus on proper movement patterning, learning how to lift, and creating fitness through play.
Get your kids moving with this fun and interactive experience, they will learn more about what they are capable of.
Legends/ Life Class
This class is geared towards the 55+ demographic, as well as anyone who may need a lighter version of our metcon program. In this class we focus on functional movements for life long strength, stability and mobility.
If you are looking for a way to reclaim physical independence, move without pain, gain confidence in the gym, and make some social connections; then this class is the class for you.
Nutrition Coaching
Looking for a personalized approach to learn about your nutritional needs. Whether you would like to work on general health, fat loss, or muscle gain, we have you covered.

C2 + Weights Class
This class is a monostructural style of workouts on the C2 rowers, bikes, and ski ergs which will leave your heart racing, challenge you mentally, but more importantly, get the results you need.
Adding in some light weight training allows the body to use multiple energy systems through the workout, you will get some hypertrophy as well as heart rate pumping cardio work!

Seminars
We offer seminars free to members, and at a small cost to non-members. Seminars are to help educate members and non-members on topics such as nutrition, sleep, stress and various other lifestyle topics.
